Help treating spots in my tomatoes

I have a few tomatoes plants in my raised bed garden. So far I have harvested beautiful tomatoes, but recently i noticed that all of them are developing yellowish spots. Today i picked one with a nastier spot on it.
I don’t know what the spots are not what to do about them. Any help identifying the problem and suggesting solutions would be much appreciated.
