I cannot see the pictures, but I would be hesitant to pull the plant, just in case it grows out of it. After all, it isn't as if it will contaminate the rest.....

And if it’s a virus, I am a bit worried about it spreading. I have five other Opalkas, plus other Roma type tomatoes, so losing this one plant won’t be too bad.

I don't have a great answer for you, but I have noticed a great volume of people across the US posting this spring and summer with curly leaf issues similar to yours. I had it on one branch of one of my plants. In my case, and also the case of some of the people who posted, the issue fixed itself over time. If I had to guess I think it is a reaction to unusual cultural conditions this year. However, I have no scientific basis for making that conclusion, only a guess based on observation. If you notice another plant developing the issue, I might worry, but for now I think you will be just fine.
