Try a Sherwin Williams or other stand alone paint store and tell them exactly what you need. They tend to be more knowledgeable about paints and colors than the staff at the big box stores, not always but often. Get a quart of the sheen you want and paint a good size board with it to see how it reads in your lighting in the room. Is it your light bulbs that are casting yellow or blue undertones or the paint itself? The natural lighting coming into the room and what it reflects off may also add the cast of tone.

My problem is that I need a white that is truly neutral that will compliment my furniture, pillows etc; which are off white, burlap, brown, black. I never use brights in my decor, only earth tones.
So on my walls I need the white to NOT have yellow, grey, green, blue under tones. I need a true white that isn’t antiseptic.

What you're asking for is contradictory on many levels. Mainly that you want a true white that isn't antiseptic. Which is why you're not finding a white.

There is no such thing as a "truly neutral" white.

There is no such thing as "undertones" either.

All colors of white belong to a hue family.

The perception of "antiseptic" usually comes from the fact that a color of white has no discernible hue - it's closer to a true neutral white than it is a color of white.

If you get some or all of the paint chips on this infographic and put them in order, you'll see a spectral gradation that explains how all colors of white belong to a hue family.

Colors of white that belong to the GY green-yellow hue family are most often perceived as being the most neutral.

Also, look for a low Chroma number because the lower the Chroma number, the closer it is to a true neutral white.

The whitest white available in commercial paints is Behr's Ultra White.
