My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello Maureen,

    Many thanks for your kind words. We do put heart and soul into our work, and nice to hear it's noticed. Plans for the home (pictured above) have been purchased by many outside our Minneapolis market. We also have the cabinet plans available, which are essential for documenting the detailing and millwork profiles used throughout. We ask $6K for plans and $2K for cabinet drawings. Bust of luck rebuilding from the fire.
