When my garage was new in 2000 I applied two coats of Rustoleum high solids epoxy. It's now looking worn (mainly where the cars sit).

I have several questions:

#1. What should I use to clean it with, that won't leave any residue? The floor is pretty clean, I powerwash it several times a year, but still there is a little grease and grime.

#2. Do you think I need to apply 2 coats?

#3. Originally, I mixed pumice with the 2nd coat, to give a slip resistant finish. Do you think I need to use pumice in the new top coat? Don't want overkill.
