PRM Custom Builders - I heard from a lot of people that that weird space in the back corner was awkward and not functional and that we should re-design to get rid of it. I always envisioned it as my appliance corner and it turns out to be one of our favorite - and very practical- spaces in the kitchen - all the useful stuff is there but also tucked away.

You forgot "multi-compartment sink", on your list of "no-nos". I am so not a fan on this mini bathtub in the kitchen look!!! Good for you!!!

The way the sink is divided makes all the difference. If it were half and half, you don’t get as much use out of either side. The 60-30 gives one side big enough for the big roasting pan, and still another usable sink.

Very nicely done with a nice choice of components.

Love the raised bar. I hate seeing the mess in open spaces, and the raised bar solves a great deal of that problem!
