The pictures look the same to me

Beautiful space. But I’d keep looking. Neither one stands out as a “pop” to me in either. But if I had to choose between the two I’d choose the first one. It is muted and goes with the traditional decor. The pink and white pillow seem off to me. There is not enough decor for those pillows to really tie into.

I hope you don't mind my asking, but is there a reason that you've placed your furniture on an angle in this room?

Looks like a spacious room, but you haven't really made the most of it. Adding a couple of new pillows won't have the effect you're looking for. The sofa can hold its own without pillows, but its location is not taking advantage of the space or making it the feature of your room. Cornering furniture eats up floor space. Investing in good lighting and new lamps (without the ceiling fan) would be where I'd focus, after rearranging the room.

I would add a couple more pieces of furniture and remove the ceiling fan.
