Controlling moth caterpillars?

I have tons of small 1/2" moths that are laying eggs in my flowering vines on my patio garden.

I'm beginning to see signs of damage to my blackeyed susan vines and sweet potato vines to the caterpillars. At this stage, the caterpillars are incredibly small - too small for me to pick them off. But I see their droppings and I see signs of holes in leaves. I also know that by the time they're large enough for me to see, they've wreaked havoc on my patio garden. :(

Does anyone have a good natural remedy spray to discourage and/or rid the moths?
