My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These were from A.Rudin (www.arudin.com) and are available through the trade. They're one of our favorites to specify- the proportions and fill on the cushions is perfect for almost anybody. The fabric was from Holland and Sherry and trim was from Samuel and Sons. Feel free to email with any additional questions on them.
