That's not a vine.

It is difficult to see any detail like veination or leaf arrangement but perhaps Cynanchum laeve.

The picture expands when tapped. Leaves are in opposite pairs but on one side of the stem.

It's hard to see veining, but I think perenn is right.

Could it be some type of Bind weed. If this is in your garden, I would get rid of it before it flowers. Get ALL the roots out and keep with it.

There are those opposite leaves, with the angel wings?Unfortunately you can't see the leaf veins, only creases. Depending on who you talk tho, you might still want to get all the roots out lol. What better use for an unkept retaining wall than to feed Monarch caterpillars?

Bindweeds, Convolvulus arvensis, Calystegia sepium, Fallopia scandens, Fallopia convolvulus, and Fallopia dumetorum all have alternate leaves.
