Remodeling Design Dilemma Bathrooms

Bathroom wall disaster

We took out a hideous old medicine cabinet on the bathroom wall above the sink. Now the tiles aren’t lined up with the half tiled wall on the left...I was thinking about putting in a few rows of stick on tiles in black to meet the height but now Im thinking that will just look really silly next to real tile. Any ideas what can be done?

take out the half tiles on the left

and apply a joint compound, sand smooth when dry, prime and paint. so much easier than trying to match 3 rows of tiles on the large side.

Or, buy a bigger mirror and take it all the way to the corner.

(I don't know who or what did that glop of patching on the right side, but that seriously needs to be redone)

Remove it all and start over. Looks like someone did the job with their feet.
