I would raise the walls and the roof.

No matter what you do you should always have an egress window of a size that meets code in every bedroom. Is that a 6'-8" high walk door and a 8'-0" high garage door? or is the garage door 9'-0" high?

Yes, the porch walk in door there is 80” tall and the overhead garage doors are 96” tall. I have read too about the egress windows and that is definitely what I want to stay with, just trying to figure out how to get the roof lines tied together and still save the window height.

You have to raise the floor in order to get the roof aligned.

The floor is staying put. Looking for other alternatives.

Then just have the roofing lowered at the be underneath the window like a wave.

All of this should have been decided before the building started an architect should have been able to come up with a good plan and it looks like in the renditions that roof was designed to be below the windows so what happened there

You could lower the porch floor and the porch roof. Is it a concrete porch? It shouldn't be poured any higher than the wood framing anyway.
