My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Has anyone ever purchased the Fusion Prelude Oak

I purchased this flooring from Fusion and the actual floors are NO WHERE near looking like the photo. The floors had so many knots it looked more like a not pine cabin floor. The flooring was much more yellow then in Fuzion photo. Buyer beware the Fuzion photo is completely deceiving.
