Elegant Old-School Man Cave?

My SO and I have a beautiful couch and matching coffee table + two end tables from his parents. We recently bought our first home and decided to go with a beach-y theme for it, so will be buying lighter colored furniture for the main house. We would like to keep the furniture from his parents and put it into a "man cave" (i.e. our soon to be finished basement). I'm thinking this elegant furniture would go well with something like a wet bar, and maybe a projection machine and screen, but I'm at a loss for other design ideas. I don't want to do a library wall of books because we already have bookshelves in our office (and just don't have that many more books), but what elements can we put into a man cave that could keep with the elegant theme, but still be manly? He's into things like fancy watches, leather-bound briefcases and travel bags, etc. Sort of old-school Oxford. Any ideas? The couch, coffee + end tables look similar to this (though the tables are larger, heavier, and more ornate):
