Need help on what back splash to choose.

We are adding a black hood over oven but I’m torn with back splash. It took my husband and I 5 years to agree on a kitchen, now we can’t decide on backsplash. We are changing out the window trim to graphite to match the island and trim under and above cabinets.

Cabinets are Thomasville brand, color is Dover
Countertops are Ultra Compact.
There is graphite crown molding going above the trim to the ceiling.
