My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The Floors are 6" wide , Distressed , random length, Engineered Pre finished Walnut.

    Its a great looking floor. Engineered is great for installation over concrete, radiant heat, and below grade. Its also extra stable for anyone that wants extra piece of mind.

    Yes, I agree with you. I am building my house and have radiant heat in areas where I want hardwood but know they do not hold up well when placed above radiant heat. I'm trying to find a good manufacturer to go with for engineered floors. Could I get the name of the company that produced this floor?
