Arm & Hammer oxy clean power paks

I’ve been reading that some members here used to find that these were very low sudsing. They have since changed in appearance, so I imagine the formula has changed too. Does anyone know if they are still low sudsing? I’m looking for something to use for towels, comforters etc that won’t require 8 rinses lol.
