I think you need a jumper between R and Rc. It usually comes with the thermostat.

Did you connect the same wires to the same letter designations? Did you take a picture of the old thermostat wiring?

It looks like this is a wiring for a heat pump since you have a connection to B. I don't see a connection to Y. So I assume there is no auxiliary heat mode. If that is the case then I think you need a jumper between Y and W. With the wiring you have no the AC is probably not blowing cold air.

You can call Honeywell support. They should be able to walk you through this. You also have to verify the mode has been set to heat pump.

Can you confirm you have a heatpump (or do you have a gas furnace)? If so, is it a Rheem/Ruud heatpump (connect the blue wire to the B terminal) or something else (then you'd need a wire connected to the O terminal)? This thermostat will work with both heatpump and furnace but has no ability to control backup heating strips in a heatpump.

First of all, connect a jumper between R and Rh. Red white and green appear to be connected correctly but you have no connection to W (Again, suggesting a heatpump but you may have a wire missing or need a jumper between Y and W).
