I ahebv no idea of the style of the house but those front doors need to go so a bit more info would be helpful I don’t usually like doors with no glass

I would not add a transom but definitely go higher with the double doors and sidelights if you can. Just adding more glass to the doors like this would feel more welcoming and I’m sure improve the feeling of your entry from the interior (ignore the decorative scrollwork)
