My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hello, could you please share the dimensions of this cozy home office nook, as well as possibly the dimensions of the window seat and desk? Thank you very much.

    The small Office is 8'-10" deep x 12'-10"wide. The desk elements (one per side) are 6'-0" wide x 1'-9" deep and the window seat is 8'-6" wide x 2'-9" deep. I hope this helps - feel free to ask for further clarification. Thanks!

    One feature of this space that is not obvious is the fact that the carpet is recessed into the floor such that the wood floor and carpet are flush to one another. This allows the chairs to roll freely across the floor.
