My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Laurel Burch's Festive Felines needs someone to love it.

Some years ago a friend gave me almost all the fabric needed to make the 40x48" wallhanging/quilt shown below and the pattern to make it. I think all that's missing to make the top is 3/8 yard of a white print. I realize now that I never will make it. I'd like to send the "kit" to someone who would make the quilt and love it. Please let me know if anyone is interested, and I will mail it off to you.
