I did fill in the 'Find Professionals' section but they all came back and said they were too busy!

If all else fails, you could also post your dilemma's (per room) here on Houzz and see which ideas people come up with.

Thanks, it's the whole house, so it's not a dilemma as such it's that I'm spending so much time with the builders etc. that I know time will run out for any interior design, trying to plan ahead!

Rich, you could do a search on Houzz for an online interior designer service and it will throw up a number of candidates whose bone fides are easily checked.

Personally I think you need to appoint and interior designer as soon as possible as otherwise you may well have to make compromises which may well affect the over all result.

Sounds like a good project for someone local to help - given you are after some help with pre loved pieces ... just bear in mind that lots of us can be booked a few weeks ahead. Good luck with it all :-)
