Fireplace dilemma
Looking to redo this fireplace (who thought this looked good??). We are doing a lot of renovations on the home and need to keep cost in mind.
In this room will be painting the walls BM Chantilly Lace, removing that chandelier, but keeping the floors the same. Style is coastal modern. Any advice/suggestions (cheaper vs mid range options) appreciated!!

Brick is a timeless material! Consider painting the lower portion of the brick to match the white upper. Replacing the mantel with something in a more natural wood finish and heavier, streamlined geometry will offer an updated refresh!
