Salus digital thermostats installed and reviewed

We installed two Salus digital thermostats to help us connect two remote rooms in our house to the air source heat pump control unit so that they could call for heat. In this video, we review the Salus digital thermostats, universal gateway, boiler receiver and smart plug, and how they’re integrated into our central heating system.

MiniSplit, are you familiar with current product technology? It's 2019 now and most people install digital thermostats. Digital thermostats don't use the bi-metal strip technology that was invented in the 1700s (according to Wikipedia). Temperature measurement in a digital device uses changes in resistance of electricity passing through a solid state device caused by temperature changes.
