My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Flooring options

I am in the midst of planning a kitchen reno. There is tile in the kitchen and breakfast areas. Adjacent rooms are honey-toned bamboo. Going to do cream or white cabinets, but cannot decide to lay new tile or change all of the areas to a wood or engineered hardwood. Only kitchen and family room are open concept, but other room floors butt up to kitchen floor.
