At this time of year? Nothing. But you might want to post photos to see if anyone can ID the problem so you can be prepared for any dormant or spray treatment next season. Alternately, taking in representative samples to your local extension office will achieve the same thing.

FWIW, cherries of all types, both fruiting and ornamental, are prone to a whole host of disease and insect issues so not very surprising.
