The previous owner of the house we bought replaced the pool liner recently and the pool company advised that we can paint the aluminum above it (see picture) which I believe is called the pool coping but not sure. Anyhow I am wondering what kind of paint would be required, when would be the ideal time to do it, and also wonder if there are alternatives other than painting?
