Hi everyone,
I would like some ideas decorating my dining room wall because of the obnoxious placement of an air vent. I didn't even realize it's placement until I went to measure mirrors I wanted to hang there and now it has completely ruined my decor idea. I originally wanted to add a buffet/console table to this wall and add 8 to 10 teardrop mirrors above it but they would be around 2 inches too tall and would hit the vent. So would you guys decorate instead with a picture under the vent or I've also read on another post to place large canvas prints over the vent and just prop them out at the top so air still moves through. My question with that is, since the vent is high, I have 9 ft ceilings would this be too high for a picture or no if I went with a really large print? Also thought maybe I could find 2 tall and wide canvas prints to place on the wall. I also added pic of tbe the other wall in the room. Would you add the mirrors there or should I just get the mirrors for another room?
