We want to replace the current rug with a shag rug in light color, say geometric with white base.Should I go for a large rug or 2 separate rugs (unfortunately the sofas can not be bought together as it obstructs the tv views and make the room look much smaller , given there is a stair case right behind the brown sofa) Pls provide inputs and rug ideas.
