The steps to the front porch have a course of brick coming loose. To my eye (I’m not a mason) it seems as though they were poorly designed with way too much overhang to be stable. Is there a relatively easy way to salvage this? Or should I rip it all out and build new steps (likely out of wood due to cost and simplicity of DIY)?
