@dotsandstripes 123. The wall we have is so big that I think our only option was to get the one sold through Nanawall that is crazy expensive. We live in Seattle where we don't have biting bugs, so we decided to skip the screen for now and see how we do. We figured if we have the whole wall open, It's likely to be during a party or at a time when we probably wouldn't want a screen there anyway. We're going to see how we do this summer and we can always add one later. Let me know what you end up doing!

Thanks for the update. We live in Northern California and the bugs aren't bad here either but last summer (our first year in our house) , we realized that it would have been nice to open a section of our Fleetwood wall of sliders for a breeze without thinking about the bugs. We have another (regular) door to our deck right beside the wall of sliders so I may put a retractable screen on that one as a starting point. I will keep you posted.

Phantom Screens should be able to install on your Nanawall System - if screen would be needed for outside mount depending on which way they fold you should go with a motorized phantom screen due to the sensitivity of the manual on outside applications. Phantom Motorized Screens can go all the way up to 25' W Standard (I would imagine your Nanawall System is not this large as most porches do not have openings that large in width) -- Manual XL System if screen will be mounted on the interior can go up to 18' W I believe. You can go to Phantom's website and click the top right corner to find the distributor for your area. They can meet you on site for a consult to discuss your best option.

I've heard the large motorized screens can be flimsy and break easily, especially with kids and dogs around. Does anyone have experience with this?
