I bought the figs a few years ago. They were in this same sizrsize pot but thrthe branches on mine were only 5 inches. I potted it up right away and it gave fruit that same year. Trying to make the best guess of how old it was when iI bought it.

Figs are very quick to root. I rooted some this summer. It took only a few days before they began to show bumps on the stems which soon became roots. I didn't use rooting hormone. The one in your picture looks as if it's in its second year judging by the appearance of the green wood and dark wood.

I agree with Floral, 2nd year which would be 1-2years old.

I actually started a cutting in Mid January and got 1 ripe fig about a week ago. I have 10+ more figs that should ripen by October.

Depends on the variety, growing conditions, and how early you start.

Some people remove the figs in favor of root/vegetative growth the first year.

It can also be a hit or miss with a 1st year cutting, sometimes they don't taste the best, sometimes they'll fall off by themselves, and sometimes the wildlife gets to them... so the odds of getting 1 or more figs the first year is slim.... but definitely do-able... again, my rooted cutting is about 9months old now and it has produces a great fig and has more that'll start ripening in the coming weeks.
