Oh no! I just used the last of mine, it's a great detergent. The last batch had the HE logo on the front of the box. I see the box in your picture on the international websites, but not Mieleusa.com Was it sold by Amazon or a 3rd party seller?

I purchased July 31 off of Amazon. I received the box with the HE logo on the front with 48 loads. Not the box your picture is indicating. Sold by ShopWiseUSA and fulfilled by Amazon.

Hmmm I had to go check - it was sold by Canguro and fulfilled by Amazon with Prime shipping. They seem to have a similar amount of reviews as ShopWiseUSA, but I wonder if I should return this box and try ordering from them instead... The scent is very strong and fruity!

Thanks for letting us know. Maybe I will stock up, I liked the original scent! FWIW my Miele detergent tablets have the same 'New' icon on them as well, so maybe it is a matter of time...

Cal, I loved the original scent - or rather how well it rinsed out! I guess I’ll have to go back to Persia if that’s a permanent change. The new smell is so strong that my husband who never notices ANYTHING asked about it - and that was coming from an unopened box sitting in the hallway!

Yes, let us know what you receive from ShopWise. Mine has the same smell as it's always had. Not overpowering. Not fruity.

So at 11:40 a.m. today, Sept. 11), Amazon says only 11 left in stock. I decided to order another box just in case this is the last of the old version.

Does this detergent really work well to brighten whites? Does it contain chlorine bleach? I don’t use chlorine bleach and i just learned that I’m not supposed to in my Miele washer.

I find that it works as good as German Persil, aka fantastic on whites! Regarding bleach, my understanding is that no detergent contains true chlorine bleach, just oxygen bleach (sodium percarbonate), so you are safe there.

The Miele detergent contains Oxygen Bleach, just like Persil. I've used both at the same time alternating between them and I could not find much difference between them. They both clean and whiten.

I received mine today. I received the same one I received from my July 31 order... the older version. YAY!
