My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The reason I grow 'Mme. Lambard'

We collected her in an old cemetery, in the Sierra Foothills, calling her "Standiford Plot" . . .


It's no surprise that our prize turned out to be 'Mme. Lambard.' You find her all over Northern California.


She has an unfortunate tendency to mildew, but who could resist this?

    She's a vision of loveliness in your picture. My two bushes rarely have flowers of that ethereal hue, and I elect your photo as the most beautiful I've ever seen of this rose.
