Need window help - low e questions

Hi- Have a question with windows. We are remodeling and are putting 4 windows in our dining room addition -- they were supposed to be 30x60 but for some reason contractor ordered 33x56 double hungs. I was not happy, but am over that for now. My my next concern is the label on the windows.

These face the South - and so get a beating from the sun. I expressed this concern to our contractor many times, and he told me he ordered triple low e windows.

So the windows have come in and on the label they say -- Low-E i89 in, Low-E 180 out. The SHGC is .42

When he told us triple low e -- I assumed that they would be the Low-E 366 -- is this combination of the low E i89 and LowE 180 the same as "triple low e"

We are located in NE -- but my primary concern with the space was to keep the heat out in the summer since it is on the south side with no shade at all. Do these coatings seem sufficient? I read somewhere that windows on the south should have a SHGC rating of .32 or lower if concerned about heat. Will the .42 SHGC be a noticeable difference in the comfort of the room?
