Your home (and the surrounding homes) appear to be more late 19th Century Frame Vernacular -- meaning just sort of builder basic of the day. It would be hard to tie this to a distinct Victorian style, even though the home is of the era. The shutters have absolutely been added later and pull the house toward a more Colonial style, but at least are fairly correct in terms of appropriate scale, even though they are hung on the wrong side of the window frame (if they were operable the hinges would be on the inside of the window frame). Obviously in that day some of these homes would've had decorative details like spindles and brackets and so forth so its not necessarily period inappropriate its just that, at least to me (and maybe there's someone out there who can say for sure) I don't think you necessarily have to worry about adhering to any specific Victorian style (i.e. Stick Style, Gothic or Gingerbread, Queen Anne, 2nd Empire, Renaissance Revival, etc). Painting the house white with black shutters might pull it toward a Saltbox kind of feel.
