Just today I noticed these bugs near my sliding glass door. Then as I was trying to figure out what they might be, I began walking around the house and noticed what has to be thousands of them on the rear siding. I have never seen them before. They move like ants (clustered and all in a line) but resemble some kind of beetle or weevil. They also seem to fall down quite easily.I live in Washington and it just started raining super heavy the last couple days, so I assume they are avoiding the ground moisture. They are also all over my shed and the neighbors house.Pictures in comments.
