forgot to say with the corner cabinet the upper cabinet is (width) * (18" (top cabinet height) + 36"(bottom cabinet height)), without the upper cabinet size is 39" (width) * (18" (top cabinet height) + 36"(bottom cabinet height)). Will there by any concern about the proportions of the cabinets' width vs height? which one will look better? In between the two upper cabinet will be a hood, 42" or 46" hood.

Keep it open and save the space for a statement clock, artwork or an some open shelves.

I don't like your three appliances right in a row. It puts too many functions in one space and the refrigerator and freezer doors could be damaged if they are swung open and the DW or oven door is down. I would consider purchasing a range or moving the oven stack to the right of the cooktop so that you have space between the refrigerator and DW. That would give you the balance that you need on both sides of the window to consider uppers or open space for shelves or artwork. I would place the prep sink across from the range or forgo it completely for a larger ledge sink that could be used for both clean up and prep.

Wilson has good points . Fridge given a skooch to left is wise and microwave / oven split up. Either a range with no wall oven and then under counter mwave drawer .....or cooktop with under counter oven and mwave in cubby hole of wall cabinet. You actually need the counter that the vertical stack deprives you. If you want the island sink: shift it over to fridge end of island.... where are the base drawers for storage?
