My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

One more small project finished

I got the kit for this cute otter in Alaska two years ago. It's nice to have another small project started and finished! It's fusible applique and the "kelp" is glued on and secured with beads. It's 20 X 22.

    That is just darling. I look at those kits when cruising and I'll have to pay more attention next time. I think I need to make one. And, I love beading them.
