So I have some pepper (mostly sweet banana, but a few chiles) plants that have been enormously productive. They have held up well in 105+ temps. But now that they have been producing for four or five months, the peppers are all pretty small. About half the size of what they used to be. Still lots of peppers, just small. Why? They're getting fertilized, get plenty of water and full sun, but something has changed. Is this a response to stress of some kind?
