I would go with off white vs. white, but you need to find the right tone. If the quilt above is as yellow as it looks, no. I'd add a nice contrasting throw or shams etc to give the room a little more interest. That's a really cool room with nice millwork contrasting with the green and interesting geometry!

It looks like you are working with both whites and ivories in your space so you could go either way. Crisp white bedding typically leans more contemporary than ivory but it may be effective to pull some cream accents into the bedding with pillows and a textured throw.
