Shower grout colors?

Any chance you know the grout color/colors used in the shower? Is the floor grout a different color (darker?) than what was used on the walls? If so, do you typically recommend using a darker grout color for the shower floor? Thanks, in advance, for your reply!

    Thanks for reaching out! Since the tile has a lot of movement/pattern to it, we decided to go with a matching grey grout for the entire space. A good sealer and occasional cleaning will keep the shower floor grout looking nice for an extended period of time - no need to use a darker grout on the shower floor. Hope this helps!

    Thank you. I'm interested, now, to know what a "good" sealer is. The guy who tiled my shower said the sanded grout he used doesn't need to be sealed (something about a sealer in the grout itself??) and I shouldn't even need to think about sealing for at least 10 years. Can that be so?
