My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

New baby.

Sterling Dean arrived just after midnight today in Nova Scotia. I don't know where the name Sterling comes from but Dean is his mother's maiden name.

I have a box ready to go out with his floor quilt and some burp pads. I am still working on his crib quilt and just have to add his name to his cross stitched birth announcement.

Everyone happy and well!
