Chandelier help!

Hello. I just moved into my house less than 2 months ago. Since that time I've been searching for a chandelier. I finally found one that I absolutely love. However, I'm a bit weary about the dimensions. Our dining room table is 72l x 42w x 30h. The chandelier dimensions are 25.5h x 28w.
Do you think this would be too large?
