My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      great looking basement (rec room, bar, gym, etc.). How many sq feet were finished and if you don't mind sharing, what was the ballpark cost? thank you.

      Thank you for the comments, we appreciate it. Approximately 1800 sq ft of the basement is finished. This basement falls into a cost category of 250k and up. Hope this helps.
