HI. You do not need any special feature on the wall itself. I would recommend the following

-clean out as much clutter from the sink as possible. For example, can the bottles on the window sill be put away?

-Get tall art for both sides of the window that takes up much of the window height.

May I ask about the unit on wheels? Can that be moved to another location?

Remove the two framed artworks that use a formerly trendy color scheme. Add new curtains that pull fully away from the door. Or pick some new art.

The dining area walls could be painted a new color, but the overall appearance would be most improved if the thing on wheels goes somewhere else.
