Personally, I like arms. An even bigger negative would be the back cushions.

Those loose back cushions will drive you crazy if you like a tidy look.

I don't know the brand so I can't comment on that. As for design, we have a section that has am arm on one side and then the chaise without the arm. We are fine with both ends..If you have several people sitting, I guess at least one arm would be nice, but it really depends on what you prefer

So on that piece no one will be comfotable no arm rests = no comfort you get 3 seats no comfort. Get a sofa at least 2 people have arm rests. and 2 chirs your get 5 in a pinch and always 4 who are comfy.

You can have arms added to this sofa, any height and width, Kreiss is very good about customizing.
