Can you post the other walls of the kitchen? And maybe the 2D overhead layout? As is, I would be hesitant to have my only uppers higher than I can comfortably reach - are you thinking of a shelf across the space, below the uppers?

Also, I would think about 2x36” drawer lowers and a 24” drawer lower vs what’s there now

With the limited information given, I would do 42" uppers and drawer cabinet bases. Is this the only wall of cabinets? Where is the sink and stove top? If your additional photos didn't post you can post them in the comments. Houzz has been having major issues.

I love & have a tall backsplash and the consistent look of full depth uppers. However you must plan very carefully. I’m 5’2” so I can only reach and use the lower of 2 shelves in upper cabinets for glasses. All my plates & bowls are in a drawer near the dishwasher and all food is stored in full depth tall pantry. My husband is 6’1” tall and would hit his head on full depth uppers. My compromise for a more consistency was to use fully integrated/paneled Thermador all fridge 30” & all freezer 18” columns. They are push to open so pulls/handles are not needed.

All the base cabinets should be drawers for sure as for the uppers there even I would find them pretty useless and I am tall In this situation usually I would have done all true pullout pantries on that wall and forget the walkin as IMO they just are a waste of space.
