What color is floor? Area rug? What else do you have in room?

It's a completely fresh room so we haven't got anything at all for the room other than the sofa! We are having a log burner in there and I have a couple of glitzy vases. Thought either similar colours or a pink to brighten? Found these images....

Pink and glam? Mirrored furniture and crystal chandeliers.

The Mink sofa is a neutral color. So you are wide open for color choices. A neutral (stone) wall would be good. Be sure the stone color enhances the sofa's color. Here's my favorite tutorial on choosing a good paint color: http://www.lindaholtinteriors.com/2011/07/testing-wall-color-101/

Plan out the room before rushing to buy pillows. Is there carpet on the floor? Area rug? Do you have art? 2 chairs and a coffee table (or ottoman)? Lamps? I like the images you choose. Narrow down what you like about the room and copy some of the ideas. I like both rooms. Here are some inspiration photos for you. Do any of these rooms speak to you?

I would start with a gorgeous wallpaper...this will help set the tone. I also like warmer tones of pink and different tones of it. Love the lamp below- it looks like a jewel. Add textures and metallics to give you the glam. Does your ceiling have crown molding? What about a pink ceiling?
