Countertop advice: Silestone or Daltile? Who has Daltile?

Silestone Eternal Calacutta Gold or Daltile Quartz Calacutta

Silestone colors are very muted where the Daltile has pronounced "natural" veining?

I would like some gold/grey/blue and white background. Simple natural veining.

We want to use antique gold hardware and have white cabinets. Any other suggestions? Thank you!
